Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring service 5 day home Blood Pressure Monitoring service.   Dr. Flanagan and Dr Flood both have small GMS lists and are signing up patients from Portmarnock, Malahide and Baldoyle as far as the DART line.   House Calls  House calls are carried out to the elderly and infirm, to terminally ill patients and where patients are unable to attend the surgery, in case of genuine emergency need.
