Portmarnock Family Practice offers the following services

Repeat Prescription
Please request your repeat prescription by phone or in person. Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescription requests.
Most patients will require 6 monthly review for ongoing renewal of prescription.
A charge of €20 applies for all private prescriptions without a consultation. You will be sent a text with a secure link to pay the Private Prescription Fee after you have requested the prescription.
Medical Card patients have their fees paid for by the State.
Please check with your pharmacy regarding validity of ongoing prescription / whether it is needed before requesting.
If you are unsure what prescription items you require - a prescription re-order form can be requested at reception.

Dr Flood, Dr. Short and Dr. Clarke have GMS lists and are signing up patients from Portmarnock, Malahide and Baldoyle as far as the DART line.

House Calls
​
House calls are carried out to the elderly and infirm, to terminally ill patients and where patients are unable to attend the surgery, in case of genuine emergency need.
